Guidelines for One-On-One Appointments

Thank you for your interest in scheduling One-On-One Appointments. Our corporate and government exhibitors find the appointments to be a wonderful tool to meet new suppliers. In addition, our MBEs rate the interaction during the appointments as very effective to connect directly with the buyers and other end users. Many contracts have been signed and relationships have been developed as a result of the appointments.

The following are guidelines for the One-On-One Appointments. By signing up for the One-On-Ones you are agreeing to the following:

►	Select appointments with companies that have requested your particular product or service
►	Arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment
►	Limit the number of appointments with the same company and being mindful of the fact that many MBEs want appointments
►	Note that appointments may be administratively cancelled if you register for too many appointments
►	If you arrive late to your appointment, you cannot make up the time
►	Missed appointments with no prior notice can not be made up
►	If you need to reschedule an appointment at the event, it will be at the discretion of the schedule and the buyer
►	We suggest that you bring samples, brochures and other information about your company’s capacity
►	If possible, research the company or government agency before the appointment to learn more about their needs
►	Be respectful of the other interviews taking place around you
►	Leave the interview when the end of the appointment has been announced
